What the role is about
n
As a
Concierge Attendant
, you'll support the guest experience across arrivals, departures, and everything in between. You'll work flexibly across shifts, stepping in where needed to keep service seamless, warm, and effortless.

What you'll do:

Welcome guests and create a great first impression
n
Share recommendations for dining, events, and things to do in Melbourne
n
Help with luggage, transport bookings, and special requests
n
Work across Bell Desk, Concierge, and Valet responsibilities as needed
n
Use hotel systems to manage guest requests efficiently
n
Build genuine connections by remembering guest preferences
n




Keep service calm, organised, and thoughtful even when busy
n

Non-Negotiables:
n
n
Full Australian Driver's Licence (essential for valet duties)
n
Valid Australian working rights
n
Ability to work in a hotel environment (flexibility across shifts is required)
n
Physical capability for hands-on duties (e.g. luggage handling, guest support)
n
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
n
Basic computer literacy / comfort using hotel systems
n
Calm, composed approach in a fast-paced guest service environment
n
Genuine commitment to delivering high-end guest experience and service standards
