SAP HR Consultant (SuccessFactors / HCM)

Strong SAP HR functional expertise covering
n Employee Central, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and
n HR business processes.
n
Ability to engage directly with business
n stakeholders, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them
n into SAP solutions.
n
Good understanding of HR integrations, data
n migration, reporting, and security/role design concepts.
n
Experience supporting end-to-end project
n lifecycle including design, testing, training, and deployment.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to
n bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams.
n
n
SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP / Payroll)
n
n
Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including
n payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
n
Ability to work directly with payroll business
n teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
n
Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation,
n defect management, and production support activities.
n




Good understanding of payroll integrations, time
n management, finance posting, and downstream systems.
n
Able to translate complex payroll business
n requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical
n teams.
n

Requirements

SAP Finance Consultant (S/4HANA Finance)
n
n
Strong SAP Finance expertise across General
n Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and
n Financial Reporting.
n
Ability to facilitate workshops with Finance
n stakeholders and convert business requirements into SAP design solutions.
n
Experience with S/4HANA Finance processes,
n month-end close, controls, reporting, and compliance requirements.
n
Valuable understanding of finance integrations, data
n migration, testing, and
reporting/analytics
requirements.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with the
n ability to work across business, architecture, and technical delivery
n teams.
