Axil Coffee Roasters is a leading specialty coffee roastery and café established in **** in Hawthorn. We have multiple locations across Victoria, including Melbourne Airport, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Melbourne Central, Richmond and several other locations in the CBD.

We are looking for someone who has:
n

A warm, proactive approach to customer service
n
The ability to move quickly but serve with care and attention
n
Strong communication skills and a qualified, friendly manner
n
A genuine interest in specialty coffee and eagerness to learn
n
Experience in a high-volume café or hospitality environment (preferred)
n
Familiarity with Square Restaurant POS
n
A team player attitude with the ability to self-manage during peak periods
n
Weekend and early morning availability
n

Your day to day will include:
n

Greeting customers warmly and delivering attentive, customer-focused service
n
Taking orders and processing payments accurately via POS
n
Maintaining pace and efficiency during busy service periods without compromising standards
n
Supporting the bar team and contributing to a cohesive, high-energy environment
n
Keeping your section clean, organised and compliant with food safety regulations
n
Developing your knowledge of our coffee offering, including single origins, filter and cold drip
n
Being proactive in problem solving
n
Going out of your way to make a customer's day
n
