is seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our growing team in Figtree.

Key responsibilities n
n
Expert optical dispensing including progressives, lens coatings, and frame styling
n
Delivering exceptional customer service and personalised eyewear solutions
n
Accurate fitting, adjustments, troubleshooting, and measurements
n
Managing patient orders from consultation through to collection
n
Working collaboratively with optometrists to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
n
Maintaining dispensary presentation, stock organisation, and operational efficiency
n
Driving repeat business through strong patient relationships and product confidence
n
What we're looking for n
n




Proven experience as an Optical Dispenser is highly desirable.
n
Strong knowledge of lenses, frame fitting, measurements, and patient recommendations
n
Experience with Optomate preferred but not required
n
Confidence in premium sales, and customer retention
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
n
Availability to work on weekends
n
Ideal for candidates located in: n
Figtree, Wollongong or Illawarra region.
