We're looking for an energetic and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our
Call Centre team in Mitchell, Canberra
.

This is a phone-based sales role for someone who loves talking to customers, identifying what they need and turning conversations into solutions and sales. If you're competitive, customer-focused and motivated by achieving targets, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission n
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising sales opportunities across our product range.

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing inbound and outbound customer sales conversations
n
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions
n
Maximising sales opportunities through a holistic approach to selling
n
Working towards and exceeding individual sales KPIs and targets
n
Providing exceptional customer service across every interaction
n
Building robust, long-term relationships with customers
n
Creating a positive and professional customer experience
n
Developing strong knowledge of our products, promotions and their applications
n
Professionally managing customer concerns and grievances
n




Working closely with Sales, Warehouse and Claims teams to support customer outcomes
n
Following company procedures relating to security, loss prevention and WHS
n

You have experience in
sales, call centres, retail or customer service
n
You enjoy working in a target-driven sales environment
n
You're confident communicating with customers over the phone
n
You know how to identify customer needs and turn opportunities into sales
n
You're motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs
n
You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
You bring an enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
n
You're comfortable learning a broad product range
n
You can professionally handle challenging customer conversations
n
An interest in
4WD, automotive, camping or outdoor products
would be highly regarded
n
