The Role
We are currently seeking a Section Waiter (casual, approximately 25 hours per week) to join the team. This role requires a confident and experienced hospitality professional who can deliver attentive, polished service in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

What We're Looking For
You'll bring at least two years' experience in a fine dining setting,



with the confidence to carry three plates and manage a section effectively. You're a strong communicator who enjoys engaging with guests and has a genuine passion for food, wine, and cocktails. You thrive under pressure, can prioritise tasks efficiently, and take pride in being a supportive team player. Availability for nights and weekends is essential, along with full Australian working rights.
