Role Summary

The role requires extensive experience in technical business
n analysis within Agile environments, working closely with business and
n technology stakeholders to ensure accurate data flows, high data quality, and
n compliance across complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
n
• Perform technical business
n analysis within Agile delivery environments, bringing 8+ years of relevant
n experience.
n
• Elicit, analyse, and document
n business and technical requirements related to data management, data mapping,
n data consumption, and data lineage across multiple systems.
n
• Define, validate, and
n document end to end data flows between source and target systems in collaboration
n with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
• Translate complex business
n and system requirements into clear, structured documentation suitable for both
n technical and business audiences.
n
• Collaborate with stakeholders
n to ensure data requirements are clearly understood, accurately captured, and
n aligned with overall data platform objectives.
n
• Support data quality,
n reconciliation, and validation activities to maintain data integrity across
n projects.
n
• Apply strong understanding of
n data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
n




• Work closely with cross functional squads to support end to end project build and delivery.
n
• Actively work with data to
n discover, identify, curate, and model datasets to deliver high quality business
n outcomes.
n
• Bring prior experience in
n Superannuation, Pensions, Insurance, or Investments (preferred).
n
n
Essential Technical Experience
n
• Proven experience working in
n large, complex enterprise data environments.
n
• Strong expertise in
n requirements gathering, gap analysis, and business consulting.
n
• Demonstrated experience in
n data mapping, data modelling, and data migration initiatives.
n
• Solid SQL and data mining
n skills.
n
• Hands on experience breaking
n business requirements into Jira Epics and User Stories.
n
• Good working knowledge of
n Confluence for requirements documentation and workflow definition.
n
• Proven analytical experience
n working with cloud platforms and databases.
n
• Strong facilitation and
n requirements management skills within Agile delivery models.
n
n
Desired Technical Experience
n
• Python coding experience.
n
n
Qualifications (Preferred)
n
• Tertiary qualification in
n Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
n
• Financial Services domain
n experience.
• Strong experience working with Agile practices.n
