About the Role
n
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with overdue accounts:
n
n
Manage and optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from leading Australian institutions with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Use advanced skip tracing tools and techniques to relocate and connect with customers
n
Conduct high-quality inbound and outbound conversations, uncovering customer needs and negotiating sustainable repayment outcomes
n
Apply your experience to handle complex or sensitive cases with confidence and professionalism
n




Drive performance through strong commercial judgement while maintaining strict compliance standards
n
Build rapport and create trusted, long-term customer relationships
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
Proven experience in collections, financial services, or similar
n
Robust verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
n
Negotiation and influencing skills
n
Emotional
intelligence/empathy
when dealing with customers
n
Resilience – you can handle challenging conversations in a high-volume call centre environment
n
Motivation to achieve targets and grow your earnings
n
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and willingness to learn compliance requirements
