As Head of Food & Beverage at Happitat, you'll oversee all culinary operations across our breathtaking park and café, crafting unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service, delicious offerings, and a culture of excellence.

Got what it takes?
n
• Lead daily operations across all food & beverage outlets, including future event catering
n
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team with smart rostering, training, and development
n
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, upselling, and menu innovation
n
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
n
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and HACCP standards
n
• Monitor quality through regular audits and guest feedback
n
• Manage budgets, forecasts, inventory, and monthly P&L; reviews
n
• Champion sustainability through efficient waste management and recycling
n
• Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategy and reporting
n
Do you fit the bill?
n
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience in hospitality
n




• Previous experience in pre-opening or restaurant launch is advantageous
n
• Holds a current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
• Has a valid open "C" class driver's license
n
• Is confident in supplier communication and inventory control
n
• Brings solid leadership, analytical thinking, and a practical mindset
n
• Thrives under pressure and leads with positivity and initiative
n
• Communicates clearly and adapts to different audiences
n
• Is committed to outstanding customer service and safety
n
• Has experience in the leisure or attractions industry (a bonus!)
