Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure, M365, and on-premises infrastructure for a diverse portfolio of Melbourne clients. You'll work across migrations, projects, and ongoing managed services.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in managed services or enterprise IT
n
Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104 or higher)
n
Hands-on experience with M365, Intune, Defender
n




Excellent communication — you'll deal directly with clients
n

Be the first escalation point for our client helpdesk — resolving complex technical issues, mentoring L1 staff, and owning tickets through to resolution.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in IT support or managed services
n
Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA
n

Dynamics 365 Consultant n
Business Applications Full-time Melbourne (Hybrid)
n
Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM implementations for mid-market Melbourne clients — from discovery and design through to training and go-live support.

What We're Looking For
n
n
3+ years D365 BC or NAV implementation experience
n
Functional knowledge of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing modules
n
Strong client-facing and project management skills
n
n
Own the security posture of our managed client portfolio — monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness programmes.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
3+ years in cybersecurity operations
n
Experience with SIEM, EDR, email security platforms
n
Familiarity with Australian regulatory requirements (Privacy Act, Essential 8)
n
Security certifications (CompTIA Security+, SC-200, or similar)
