We have an opportunity available for an entry level Accounts Assistantto join our team supporting our ANZ business.

Job Description n
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
n
n
Customer Service – handling account queries
n
Maintaining and
reconcilingcustomer
accounts
n
Generating reports detailing accounts receivable status
n




Ensure timely entry payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances.
n
Process and manage cancellations.
n
Investigate unresolved issues.
n
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries
n
Qualifications n
We want to hear from youif you:

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
n
Customer Service skills – phone and email
n
An understanding of the AR function
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
n
Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
n
Additional Information n
n
This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde.
n
Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm during weekdays in the office (note that this is an on-site position).
n
Easy commute as our office is right on the Metro station at North Ryde.
n
