About the Role n
We're looking for a
self-motivated, customer-focused Pool & Spa Service Technician
to join our growing team, working independently out in the field from our Cheltenham base.
n
You'll be provided with full training and support, so
experience is preferred but not essential
.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Regular pool and spa cleaning and servicing
n
n
On-site water testing and chemical balancing
n
n
Installation, maintenance and basic repairs of pool and spa equipment
n
n
Troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment and water quality issues
n
n




Identifying and pursuing additional product/service sales opportunities
n
n
Providing friendly, qualified service to residential and commercial customers
n

Strong

Good
problem-solving

skills
n
n
Able to
work independently
on site and take pride in your work and presentation
n

Physically capable of manual outdoor work in all weather

Current driver's licence

Experience in the
pool and spa industry
or similar field service role
