Tools Warehouse are seeking a Full-Time
Storeman/Merchandiser
at our Rutherford store, who has a strong passion for warehousing & tools.
n

We are looking for an experienced Storeman that is committed to further developing their skills and knowledge, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.
n
n
What will you be doing?
n
Based at our Rutherford Store, the key responsibilities of this Full Time position include but are not limited to:
n
n
Maintain the overall presentation of the store through merchandising, storeman warehousing duties & general housekeeping
n
Picking, Packing & Checking orders
n
Loading & Unloading vehicles with Forklift
n
Communication & co-operation with management, supervisors & employees
n
Providing expert professional customer service
n
Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
n
Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
n
Supporting other team members as required to ensure business goals are met
n

To be successful in this role, you will possess some of the following qualities:
n
n
Forklift License (Required)
n
Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
n
An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
n




Competency in POS & WMS systems and Microsoft Office
n
The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
n
A strong attention to detail
n
A real team player & naturally competitive
n
Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, willing to learn and have a robust work ethic
n
