Job Description
You'll work alongside A-Grades and Leading Hand on architectural homes, from rough-in through to fit-off and smart home commissioning. You'll get real responsibility as you show you can handle it, and we'll make sure you're ready for your licence. This role is where we build our next leading hands from within. If you want to run a team one day, we'll train you for it while you finish your apprenticeship and after you're licensed. We're based in Dandenong South, with jobs across Melbourne and down onto the Peninsula.
Key responsibilities n
n
Work on architectural homes and smart home installations from rough-in through to fit-off and commissioning
n
Develop skills under mentorship from experienced A-Grades
n
Progress toward your electrical licence with company support
n
Travel to sites across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula
n
About you n
n
Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of an electrical apprenticeship (Cert III in
Electrotechnology),
with trade school in good standing
n
White Card
n
Driver's licence
n
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
n
Happy to travel to sites across Melbourne and the Peninsula
n
Work on premium projects: architectural homes and smart installs
n
Mentoring from experienced A-Grades
n
Support through to getting your licence
n
Real pathway from apprentice to A-Grade to Leading Hand
n
Monthly RDO
n
Ongoing training, including smart home and automation systems
n
Regular social events and team catch-ups
