About The Role n
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining venue. This is a floor-focused role where you will lead the team while actively participating in service, including serving tables, assisting guests and supporting the team during busy periods.
Responsibilities n
n
Manage daily restaurant operations and oversee In-Room Dining services, ensuring exceptional guest service.
n
Lead, supervise, train and motivate the team.
n
Create and manage staff rosters according to business needs.
n
Be hands-on during service, including serving tables and assisting the team.
n
Assist with ordering and stock control.
n
Complete opening, closing and end-of-day procedures and reports.
n
Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
n
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.




n
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety and WHS standards.
n
Monitor sales, wastage and operational performance.
n
Work closely with the wider hotel management team to maintain Raes service standards.
n
Qualifications n
n
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
n
Strong experience in floor service and team leadership.
n
Excellent rostering, organisational and communication skills.
n
Experience with stock management, ordering and stock counts.
n
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
n
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
n
A hands-on, proactive approach to hospitality and guest service.
n
RSA certification.
n
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
n
