Provide emotional support and education to clients and their families regarding health management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated understanding of nursing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to ongoing career development.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
