Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa
are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office operations on a
casual
basis.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing setting. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within housekeeping operations.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
n
Assist with housekeeping duties including servicing rooms and public areas as required
n
Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly
n
Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards
n
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and cleanliness standards
n
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
n
Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records
n
Shift Details (subject to change) n
n
Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
n
Shift times scheduled within 6:00am to 10:00pm
n
Long term opportunity.
n
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation) n
n
Monday - Friday: $***** per hour
n
Saturday: $***** per hour
n
Sunday: $***** per hour
n
Successful candidates will have n
n
1+ years' experience across Front Office would be highly beneficial.
n
Demonstrated background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
n




Exceptional ability to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums, ensuring precise and professional correspondence.
n
A positive, adaptable attitude and excellent communication skills
n
Confidence in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Passionate about creating positive guest experiences, with a focus on attentive service and resolving issues efficiently.
n
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and evenings. Weekends HIGHLY favourable.
