We're looking for friendly, reliable, and compassionate
Disability Support Workers (DSWs)
who are passionate about supporting participants with
community access
. Every day is different—you might be accompanying someone to appointments, enjoying a coffee at their favourite café, going shopping, attending local events, exploring parks, participating in hobbies, or supporting them to achieve their personal goals within the community.

About The Role n
As a Disability Support Worker,



you'll make a meaningful difference by supporting participants to engage with their local community and achieve their NDIS goals.
Your Duties May Include n
n
Supporting participants to attend appointments.
n
Accompanying participants to cafés, shopping centres, parks, libraries, and community events.
n
Assisting with grocery shopping and everyday errands.
n
Supporting recreational activities, hobbies, and social outings.
n
Encouraging confidence, independence, and social participation.
n
Providing companionship and meaningful community engagement.
n
Assisting participants to achieve their individual NDIS goals through person-centred support.
n
n
Every participant is unique, making each day rewarding and different.
What You'll Need n
n
An active ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
n
Australian working rights.
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Current National Police Check.
n
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
n
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You.
n
A current driver's licence and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle, as community access support involves transporting participants to appointments and activities.
n
