We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Specialist to join our GemHub Information Centre in Helensvale.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping prospective homeowners take the next step in their GemLife journey.
The Role
As the first point of contact for prospective homeowners, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from initial enquiry through to resort visit bookings and ongoing follow-up.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Providing information about GemLife resorts, homes, and lifestyle offerings
Building relationships with prospective homeowners and maintaining regular contact
Booking appointments and coordinating resort tours
Following up enquiries and assisting customers throughout their decision-making process
Managing and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
Resolving enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You

Comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life and building genuine relationships




Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Customer-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in customer service, client relations, sales support, or a similar role
Familiar with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outcomes
