APS5 Compliance Officer | Financial Disclosure
n Support regulatory compliance activities in a major Australian Government setting, reviewing financial disclosure returns and election funding claims while contributing to accurate, defensible regulatory outcomes.

Essential Tasks n
n
Review financial disclosure returns for accuracy, completeness and legislative compliance.
n
Assess election funding claims and undertake related compliance reviews and enquiries.
n
Support the processing and payment of election funding in line with legislation and procedures.
n
Analyse moderately complex information and provide accurate, well-reasoned advice.
n
Key Criteria n
n
Experience supporting compliance work, financial audits, quality checks or similar processes.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and interpret complex information.
n
Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
n
Qualifications or relevant experience in accounting, commerce, finance or a related field are highly desirable.
