Our Service Advisors are integral to the success of our business. Working closely with our new Service Manager, Grant Morris, they play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience — greeting our guests on the driveway, following through on work being completed, ensuring everything runs on time, and seeing our guests out with a smile each afternoon.
n
Our ideal team member has the following:
n
Previous Service Advisor experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably
n
A can do, customer focused attitude
n
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
n
A day in the life of our Service Advisors includes:
n
Greeting of guests on the driveway
n
Checking in of vehicles ensuring all work is noted
n
Following up of vehicle progress throughout the day
n
Communicate with our guests on their vehicle's progress
n
Finalize the work completed (both customer charge and warranty)
n
Take payment from the customer
n
Deliver an exceptional experience!
