Head of Ecommerce & Growth | Mukti Organics Mullumbimby, Byron Shire, NSW n
We're looking for a commercially driven, hands‐on Head of Ecommerce & Growth to lead the next phase of growth at Mukti Organics.
n
This is not a role for someone who simply manages a website, coordinates agencies or reports on channel metrics.
n
We're looking for someone who wants to own the ecommerce result.
n
You'll take commercial ownership of our DTC ecommerce business across Shopify, acquisition, paid media, CRO, digital trading, CRM and retention, SEO, analytics, AI and ecommerce technology.
n
You'll be responsible for answering the questions that matter:
n

Where is the next growth opportunity?
n
What is holding conversion back?
n
Are we acquiring the right customers at the right economics?
n
How do we increase repeat purchase and LTV?
n
Where should we invest - and where should we stop investing?
n
What do we need to test next?
n
n
You'll work closely with our CEO, Brand and Creative teams, Customer Care, Operations and Finance, alongside specialist external partners.
n
We want someone who combines commercial thinking with execution - equally comfortable building the annual ecommerce roadmap, interrogating CAC and contribution margin,



reviewing a Klaviyo lifecycle, identifying a CRO opportunity or getting into Shopify to understand what is happening.
You'll bring n
n
7+ years across ecommerce, digital growth and/or performance marketing
n
A track record of materially growing ecommerce revenue and current customer acquisition
n
Deep Shopify / Shopify Plus knowledge
n
Strong capability across CRO, CRM/retention, paid media, analytics and digital trading
n
Strong understanding of DTC economics including CAC, AOV, conversion, retention, LTV, gross margin and contribution
n
Experience managing agencies and significant digital investment
n
A highly analytical, accountable and action‐oriented mindset
n
n
Beauty, wellness or premium consumer experience will be highly regarded.
