We are currently seeking a front of house junior to join our team.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.

Great interpersonal and communication skills, to interact positively with restaurant staff and management.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Availability to work weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities n
n
Operate glass washing equipment to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and stored properly.
n
Ensure cutlery and crockery is cleaned properly and stored correctly.
n
Assist front of house and bartending team with basic cleaning tasks
n
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
n
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
n
Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with front of house team to provide support during busy periods.
