The Wait Staff is responsible for providing customers with a friendly, professional, and efficient dining experience. They greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle complaints, and maintain a clean and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
n
Take orders for food and drinks and relay them to the kitchen or bar
n
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
n
Serve food and drinks to guests
n
Operate the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments
n
Clean tables and reset them for guests
n
Handle complaints and resolve issues related to food, service, or ambiance
n
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and specials
n

Qualifications:

At least 18 years old
n
High school diploma or equivalent
n
Excellent verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Ability to multitask and prioritize
n
Strong customer service skills
n
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
n
Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and tip calculations
