We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre).

About the Role n
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You'll play an important role in building solid relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities n

Support the implementation of engaging educational programs

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Observe and document children's learning and development
n
n
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
n

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
n
n
Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions
n

About You n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
n
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
n
Current Child Protection
training/certificate
n
n
Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
n
Experience working with Inclusion Support Services (ISS) and supporting children with additional needs will be highly regarded.
n
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
n
