Job Description
Carrington Centennial Care is seeking a Payroll Manager/Specialist to oversee governance, compliance and delivery of payroll across its workforce of around 800 employees.
The role is full time onsite and reports to Executive Manager - Finance & IT, with one direct report.
You will lead a payroll team, drive systems optimisation, collaborate with HR and finance, and ensure adherence to the Enterprise Agreement and Fair Work Act.
