Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking a Patient Liaison Administrator (Grade 1) to deliver outstanding customer service to patients, families and stakeholders while supporting private patient revenue management.
You will collect documentation for billing, ensure accurate inpatient accounts, and collaborate with clinicians, insurers and internal teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
This role offers flexible full time or part-time options, five weeks leave pro rata, and salary packaging
