With six retail locations, a large production facility and a growing team, we're looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people, takes pride in providing great service and is comfortable working in a busy environment.
The Role n
This is a customer-facing, front counter position where you'll be responsible for looking after our customers and their garments from drop-off through to collection.
n
The position is casual, approximately ***** hours per week, with shifts across our Geelong stores and a rotating Saturday morning shift.
Key Duties n
n
n
Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
n
n
Receiving, tagging and detailing garments and household items
n
n




Entering and processing orders through our point-of-sale (POS) system
n
n
Checking garments and identifying any stains, damage or special cleaning requirements
n
n
Assembling and checking completed orders ready for collection
n
n
Liaising with our dry cleaners, pressers and production team
n
n
Tracking orders and keeping customers updated when required
n
n
Processing customer payments and invoices
n
n
Providing customers with general advice on fabrics, cleaning and garment care
n
About You n
We'd love to hear from you if you:

n
Have at least 3 years' experience in customer service, retail or a similar customer-facing role
n
n
Are friendly, confident and enjoy talking with customers
n
n
Have solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
n
Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in getting things right
n
n
Can multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
n
n
Are reliable, punctual and able to work independently
n
n
Enjoy being part of a team and are happy to lend a hand when needed
n
n
Have basic computer skills, with POS experience an advantage
n
n
Previous dry-cleaning or laundry experience is
not required
— full training will be provided.
