About the Role
As aDANS Care Worker, you'll support clients to live well at home and stay connected to their community.
Every day is different, meaningful, and rewarding.
Your tasks may include:
Assisting with personal care, meals, medications, and daily routines
Providing transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings
Offering companionship and being a trusted, friendly presence
Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing at every chance
You'll be supported by a friendly office team, a dedicated Team Leader,



and regular training—so you always feel confident and valued in your role.

What We're Looking For
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)
Experience in aged care, disability, or community support(life experience counts too!)
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Police Check (we reimburse if needed)
Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR
Most importantly:a warm, reliable, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others
