Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Guest Experience Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, supporting Front Office and housekeeping to create outstanding guest moments from check-in to check-out.

This hands-on role offers a 7-day rotating roster with shifts from early morning to evening. You'll welcome guests, handle requests, provide local recommendations, coordinate with teams, and ensure accurate guest records and payments.
