Job Description
We are looking for 2 staff members to join our Team to support a gentleman requiring 24/7 support with Complex needs living with his family in his own home.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide 24/7 full support to a gentleman with complex needs in his own home
n
Attend all training sessions as requested and be fully trained in all aspects of the program
n
Work all shifts flexibly, including sleepover nights, to ensure the team can run consistently during staff absences
n
Pick up extra shifts as needed
n
About you
n
Full NDIS clearance required
n
No working restrictions
n
Full driver's licence
n
Fully Covid vaccinated
n
Able to fully commit to this program
n
Adaptable and able to work all shifts including: Active Sleepover nights 11pm to 7am, 7am to 11am, 3pm to 11pm, 6pm to 8pm, 7am to 3pm
