We need Perth-based technical leaders with at least 5 years dedicated software engineering experience, who know how to lead high performing engineering teams, and who already have a track record for developing AI-enabled solutions in corporate environments.

Designing scalable cloud solutions in corporate environments

Exposure to an AI agent development framework, such as AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio,LangChain etc

Developing cloud-native, serverless solutions using NodeJS and React under AWS; Lambda, API Gateway, Step
Functions,EventBridge,
SQS, SNS

Developing data engineering solutions using Python
n
n
n
n
Establishing
andmaintainingdevelopment
environments that support automation through CI/CD
n
n
n
n
Understanding of cloud security, IAM roles, and enterprise security standards
n
n
n
n
Working knowledge of AWS database services, including DynamoDB, RDS, and Aurora
n
n
n
n
Knowledge of data pipeline architectures and ETL processes
n
n
nProduct Development Experiencen
n
n
Working with product managers and business partners to understand requirements, ideate and shape solution options
n

n
Breaking down proposed solutions into epics and user stories, including estimation
n
n
n
n
Leading showcases of prototypes, MVPs, and delivered solutions
n
n
n
