The Fish Market Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the fish market, helping to maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations of the fish market Ensure seafood is displayed neatly and kept fresh according to guidelines
Provide friendly and helpful customer service, including answering basic product questions
Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and basic inventory tasks
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Support team members and supervisors as required
