RMB Logistics is looking for an organised, customer-focused person to join our team in a Sales & Marketing Support role.
n
This is a hands-on support and coordination position working closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager and broader operational team. It would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, following things through, communicating with customers and making sure the detail behind a busy sales function doesn't get lost.
n
Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll provide the day-to-day customer, sales administration, CRM and marketing coordination that keeps our Sales & Marketing function running smoothly.
What you'll be doing n
Responding to routine customer enquiries and following actions through to completion
n
Maintaining accurate customer, contact and sales information in our CRM
n
Managing and coordinating enquiries through the Sales & Marketing inbox
n
Preparing routine quotations using approved rates and pricing structures
n
Following up quotations and keeping opportunity information current
n
Coordinating new customer onboarding and ensuring documentation and system information is complete
n
Preparing weekly sales, CRM and KPI information for management review
n
Assisting with customer meetings, reviews and follow-up actions
n
Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager with research, tenders and larger sales opportunities
n
Coordinating customer newsletters, social media, website updates and other approved marketing activities
n
Maintaining sales templates, customer documentation and promotional material
n
Working with our Bookings,



Operations and Finance teams to make sure customer requirements and actions are communicated and followed through
n
Identifying customer issues or opportunities that need further attention and escalating these to the appropriate manager
About you n
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised and good at keeping on top of multiple moving pieces.
n
You'll be comfortable talking with customers, but equally happy working behind the scenes maintaining CRM records, preparing information, coordinating follow-ups and making sure actions actually get finished.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
Solid administration and organisational skills
n
Confident and professional customer communication
n
Good attention to detail and follow-through
n
Experience working with CRM or customer management systems
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
n
The ability to prioritise and work independently within clear processes
n
A practical, team-focused approach
n
Experience in sales administration, customer service, account support or marketing coordination
n
Experience in transport, logistics, horticulture or a related industry would be helpful, but isn't essential.
The role n
You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager while also dealing regularly with our Bookings, Operations and Finance teams.
n
This is a role for someone who likes being the person who keeps things moving - making sure customer enquiries don't disappear, quotes are followed up, CRM information is accurate, new customers are set up properly and sales and marketing actions are carried through.
