You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation and performance of your clinic, bringing together people, systems, patient care and practice performance. You'll have the autonomy to lead your team, optimise practice performance and create the systems and culture that make a busy dental practice thrive.
Key responsibilities n
Leading, engaging and developing a cohesive, high-performing team

Optimising front-of-house performance and appointment books
n
Ensuring outstanding patient communication and follow-up
n
Implementing and maintaining efficient, systematised workflows
n
Coordinating clinicians, reception and clinical support teams
n
Monitoring performance and helping achieve practice goals
n
Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and patient experience
About you n
Dental practice management experience is essential
n
Strong leadership,



communication and organisational skills
n
Warm and engaging person who is a confident, organised and proactive leader
n
Ability to bring the best out of people and create structure in a busy environment

Ability to balance exceptional patient care with the commercial needs of a successful practice
