The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially astute National Service Manager to oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and technical support across the business.
n
This role is critical in ensuring service reliability, customer satisfaction, and the growth of service and consumables revenue.
n
You'll lead a small, high-impact team and set national service standards while driving operational and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all service technicians nationally
n
Oversee installations, preventative maintenance, and breakdown response
n




Standardise installation and commissioning processes
n
Develop training programs and maintain technical documentation
n
Support capital equipment sales with technical expertise
n
Implement preventative maintenance contracts and drive service revenue
n
Monitor technician productivity and service profitability
n

About You

Technical background in industrial equipment
n
Experience leading multi-site service teams
n
Strong organisational and coordination skills
n
Commercially minded with a focus on service margins and cost recovery
