About the Role
As a New Home Advocate / New Home Broker, you'll become a trusted guide to first home buyers.
Helping them navigate one of the biggest and most emotional decisions of their lives.
You'll:
Work with warm, inbound clients only.
No cold calling
Understand each client's goals, lifestyle and financial position
Build tailored strategies across finance, land and home design
Guide clients through builder selection with confidence
Create an experience that feels transparent, supportive and empowering
Collaborate with our leadership, marketing and finance teams
Play a key role in growing Locale Homes' presence across Queensland
