The Opportunity:
Ultra Building Co. is seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto lead the delivery of a$106M commercial project in Fortitude Valley.
This is a high-profile, technically complex build - the kind of project that defines careers and reflects true leadership capability.

The Role:
You will take full responsibility for project delivery, including:
Leading site, project, and commercial teams
Managing programme, procurement, and sequencing
Overseeing budget performance and commercial outcomes
Coordinating clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Driving high standards across quality, safety, and execution
This is a true leadership role with visibility, accountability, and influence.
About You:
You're an establishedSenior Project Managerwith:
Experience deliveringlarge-scale commercial projects ($90M+)
The ability to manage complexity with confidence and control
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
You take ownership, make decisions, and lead with intent.
