The Role
n
As part of the team, the Pharmacy Assistant will bring energy and enthusiasm to service functions, as well as assisting the dispensary team.
n
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
n
• Assist customers
n
• Provide a friendly, positive customer service experience
n
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
n
• Support the dispensing team with administrative duties
n
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and welcoming
n
n
About You
n
• Open to all applicants currently holding permanent or temporary working rights in Australia
n




• This role would suit someone who may have experience in a retail or service setting, or looking to gain customer service experience
n
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
n
• Positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude to the role
n
• Motivation to learn with a customer service mindset
n
• Attention to detail and sound error checking ability
n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well across diverse cohorts
n
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software is an advantage
n
