Nurse Unit Manager (NUM)
Full time | Hedley Sutton Community | Camberwell, VIC
$***** per hour + 12% Super + NFP Benefit up to $18,550

About you
You're a clinical leader who brings out the best in people.
You're an experienced Registered Nurse who combines strong clinical expertise with the confidence to lead, coach and inspire a team.
You'll bring:
CurrentAHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Minimum2 years' experienceas a Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Care Manager or in a similar aged care leadership role
Strong knowledge of theAged Care Quality Standardsand contemporary clinical practice
Proven experience leading, coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to confidently prioritise in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion forperson-centred aged care, clinical excellence and continuous improvement
National Police Check, or willingness to obtain

About the role
As ourNurse Unit Manager, you'll be more than a clinical leader — you'll be acoach, mentor and champion for quality care.
You'll lead and inspire your clinical team while creating a positive environment where residents feel valued, families feel confident and staff have the support to thrive.
In this role, you'll:
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team
Championsafe, high-quality and person-centred care
Ensure care is aligned with theAged Care Quality Standards
Coach, mentor and develop nurses and care staff
Monitor resident outcomes and coordinate clinical interventions
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and compliance
Leadquality improvement, audits and risk management initiatives
Build trusted relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
Support funding assessments and clinical reporting
Foster a workplace culture built onteamwork, respect, accountability and excellence
