Lawyers Weekly in Melbourne seeks a Senior In-HouseProperty/Commercial/LeasingLegal Counsel to join a small, high-performing team.
You will work closely with the General Counsel on commercial property, leasing, and related matters, providing expert advice and hands-on negotiation.
This role offers autonomy, exposure to acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating leases and licenses, and managing external lawyers while building robust relationships with the business.
