Studio Amaro is looking for a passionate and experienced FOH staff to join our team. You'll have previous restaurant experience and be comfortable working in a team-based environment with a genuine care for guest experience and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Roles and key responsibilities we are looking for: n
Running your own section from start to finish
n
Working as part of a busy, energetic team
n
Creating a outstanding guest experience
n
Maintaining consistency in beverage quality and speed
n
Contributing to bar maintenance + cleanliness
n
Eager and skilled working as a team
n
Assist senior staff in supporting venue operations
n
Manage strong services, maintaining communication and standards amongst all staff
n
Assist in training / up-skilling FOH staff
About you n
Previous restaurant experience is ideal
n
Genuinely care about hospitality and making guests feel looked after
n
Passionate about food, wine, drinks and the dining experience
n
Confident running your own section from start to finish
n
Calm,



organised and able to work well under pressure
n
Warm, personable and attentive to the little things
n
A team player with a positive attitude
n
Reliable, professional and keen to grow within a hospitality team
n
Available across evenings and weekends
n
Able to commit to a regular roster
n
Above award pay + part-time contracts (accrue holiday + sick pay, have guaranteed hours per week)
