Living Gems is one of Australia's most respected developers of lifestyle resorts for over-50s and we're looking for a proactive and highly organised Contracts and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team!
This is a hands‐on coordination role where you'll sit at the heart of our Sales team to help ensure contracts, documentation and key processes move smoothly from sale through to construction.

What you'll do:
Coordinate all residential construction contract documentation.
Review contracts and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness
Liaise with internal teams to support smooth execution and documentation flow
Maintain accurate and up to date contract records, systems and documentation
Help shape best practice in contract management across the team
Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes
What You'll Bring:
Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field
A good grasp of contract law, particularly in residential construction and/or manufactured homes
Confidence navigating construction documentation
Super‐organised, detail‐obsessed, and a natural communicator




Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a rapid‐paced environment
Tech‐savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (bonus points for CRM and doc management tools)
