Shokunin, the recent Japanese dining destination at Hamer Hall in Melbourne, is building its opening team.
We're seeking experienced hospitality professionals who care about craft, guest experience and working in a high-performing team.
Previous experience in quality restaurants or premium hospitality helps; sommeliers with wine and sake knowledge are encouraged.
Roles include Front of House team members such as Hosts, Managers, Cooks, and Demi Chefs willing to join from day one.
