Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Director of Campus – Learning and Pedagogy (LaP) for Rosebud Campus.
This is a 3-year Tenured Leadership position with an ongoing teaching appointment, reporting to the Director of Campus.
The role drives instructional excellence, curriculum design and evidence-based pedagogy aligned with Padua's Learning & Teaching Framework and MACS Vision for Instruction, supporting staff to maximise student outcomes.
