Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
Lead system integration, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Act as the key contact for system-related decisions, enhancements and stakeholder engagement.
Develop functional specifications, process maps and solution documentation.
Build and maintain dashboards, databases and reporting solutions using Power BI and cloud technologies.
Support API, RPA and AI-enabled solutions to improve business efficiency.
Manage testing activities (SIT/UAT), deployments and project delivery milestones.
Drive process improvement, change management and user adoption across the business.




Monitor project risks, budgets and system performance to ensure successful outcomes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the retail or technology sector.
Korean-speaking skills are ideal to collaborate with senior stakeholders
Solid business process analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering system integration, automation or digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of Power BI, databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with APIs, RPA tools (e.g. UiPath) and Agile project delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
Proactive, adaptable and passionate about leveraging technology and AI to drive business outcomes.
