Delaware North Australia is hiring a full time Functions Set-up Supervisor to join our team at the iconic MCG.
The role reports to the Set-up Manager and works with the functions, sales and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest service at a premier sporting and entertainment venue.
You will coordinate setup, pack-down and service across dining areas, meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring furniture, crockery and service areas are correctly arranged and inspected for readiness.
