The role focuses on caretaker duties, maintenance oversight, and security, with a path to permanent employment based on performance.
You will work closely with the General Manager and Body Corporate to manage budgets, reporting, and stakeholder communications, while coordinating routine maintenance and contractor engagements to keep facilities at high standards.
