Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a dedicated Rooms Controller to join our Front Office team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll manage room inventory, allocations, and ensure rooms are ready to meet guest preferences and VIP requirements, coordinating closely with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering and Sales.
As a Rooms Controller, you'll help ensure seamless arrivals, accuracy in allocations, and timely updates to guest profiles.
