Due to a robust and expanding pipeline of major projects, our client is seeking an Associate to join their construction advisory and dispute resolution practice in Melbourne.
In this role you'llwork on the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure, energy, and resource developments across the country and overseas.




You'll collaborate witha large team of industry specialists to provide comprehensive legal advice that bridges the gap between transactional and contentious law.
This will include project delivery support, advising on contractual issues and risk management, leading a broad range of dispute proceedings, and facilitating post-deal negotiations.

We are looking for expressions of interest from 2+ PQE solicitors who bring energy, commercial awareness, and a team-oriented mindset to the practice.
You will need to possesstechnical expertise in construction law, with a strong focus on dispute resolution.
